• Placing bets using software bots or automated systems.

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If fraud or deception is suspected.
• Failure to pass KYC verification.
• If the member requests it themselves (voluntary closure).
• Extended period of inactivity (12 months or more).

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned; however, if an investigation is ongoing, the balance may be held until it is concluded.
